The calculators run in your browser. A calculation is stored on our server only if you send a quote request, buy a document, call the API, or accept analytics cookies.

Quote requests store your name, email, optional company and phone, the region you chose, and the shipment figures, in Postgres. They are emailed to the operator inbox configured for that region and shipment type. Payment emails and PDF delivery use Stripe and Resend. We do not calculate customs duty or store HS codes.

If you accept cookies, we load Google Analytics 4 and record anonymous first-party page and calculator events. If you reject cookies, those do not run. Test traffic marked fm_test=1 is excluded from statistics.

Subscriptions store your email, the Stripe customer and subscription ids, the plan, and a monthly count of API calls. API keys are stored as hashes. A subscription key is emailed once. A branded embed stores the company name, colour, and optional website you enter.
